The top has adjustable ribbons at the shoulders so that it can be made to fit perfectly, however once you have the ribbons tied in the right spot, there is also elastic in the top edge to allow for quick and easy changes. There is elastic at the legs and three snaps at the bottom. And best of all, each outfit is lovingly made by hand!
